关于wiki帐号：

以前是只要注册，就可以修改页面，但发现，有乱改（接近破坏）的现象，就关闭
了，现在调整成注册帐号之后，加入一个权限组的帐号才能编辑。

如果大家有需要，可以注册帐号，然后将帐号发出来，然后zoomq会帮助加入信任
组，这样大家就可以自己编辑了。比如：Sutra Zhou, Zhang Weiwu，可以加进
来，维护各自的翻译和银行状态。
