Good questions, thank you, Zhengpeng. You know, For the different organizations, they have the different policies usually. For the all kinds of "User Group", they could use the public infrastructures, such as use the mailing list from google groups, the IRC from the freenode, they are OK. Since we want to be a free software organization, seems like FSF/GNU, we think that we'd better have these services ourselves, and it's convenient for the people to access the services. And I don't think it's the key of the involving to the free software community whether use the public infrastructure or not, there is no relationship. For example, one of the ways we cooperate with the community is we donate to the FreeBSD Foundation when we are selling the BSD daemon shirt.
