我下一个本准备买MacBookPro。
现在是3年前买的Dell M70，对Linux等开源东西支持还行，NV显卡，Broadcom
GbitEthernet（tg3驱动），ipw2200 wifi，csr bluetooth。

可以试一试 dell 新出的 vostro 1310 大陆应该 也开始 销售了 按照 vostro 1x00系列对linux的支持
1x10系列也该不错，薄了也轻了 吸入式光驱 价格 也不高，带着方便。

老兄，我最大的痛被你戳到了。我现在想重做系统，就是因为老板的usb光驱忘记放哪里了，他人也回美国了，我已经拖了半个月了。

以后装一个xp，聊天用，然后装一个vmware server（免费的）安装debian4 干活。

ubuntu 基本上可以把 vostro 系列都搞定 现在 我就差一个micro phone

休眠和待机是电源管理实现的好坏以及硬件驱动的完善与否的一个标志。FreeBSD 
在这个方面上做的几乎为0，这个能算是基本要求？

指纹登录在Gentoo上搞定过，在Ubuntu上没有试，估计问题不大：
