Ö÷Ì⣺ [Quixote-users] Report In: 5 Million Requests/Day on a dual-coreserver

Report in from douban.com:  5 million page requests/day on our  
dedicated Quixote server,  and we just hit the CPU ceiling (30  
process) . We just added one additional server, and will upgrade to  
quad-core Opteron.
We use a linux/mysql/memcached/quixote/scgi/lighttpd stack. Since we  
are a SNS with an extensive recommendation engine, most of the  
requested pages contain multiple types of content classes, and some  
needs heavy personalization (sort, set union, etc)¡£
Quixote is the most worry-free layer of the stack. Thank you again to  
the Quixote team.
