最近由于"猜测事件" Isaac 的站被杀，

才知道在中国，PageRank 值高的个人站点是没有任何权利的，
随时随地可能被草菅, 是否需要推行一个计划，
主动为新建站点提供高 PageRank 值站点的专用链接页面，
来抬高全体中文站点的 PageRank 值 从而将真正有内容的个人站点
重新回归到人民的海洋中来！？？！
