可能的确和web一起长大的这代人没怎么使过mailinglist.

我建议定期（比如每两周一次）将小组使用说明（主要是退定说明）发给全组，以进为退避免这些退定要求送到小组里来。

只要标题固定，你可以自动把定期说明设成删除。这比用正则表达式过滤各种口音的"我要退定"要好对付的多。
