还是我来给答案吧  ^_^ 这是进 Python list 后每时一次回答问题

  A % B 如果不同号的话，那公运算公式为 A % B = B的符号(B的绝对值 - ( A的绝对
值 % B的绝对值 ))    括号里的 % 为正常求余运算
  A % B 同号，按正常求余方法算

  -25.5 % 2.25 = +(2.25 - ( 25.5 % 2.25 )) = +(2.25 - 0.75) = +1.5
