汉化应该是一些XML文件.改成中文就可以了...

汉化包在eclipse的网站上就有啊。
名字叫做NLpack-eclipse-platform-3.0.x-win32，或者NLpack-eclipse-SDK-3.0.x-win32。解压放到eclipse的目录中去，再打开eclipse就成了。如果打开eclipse后还是英文，请关掉eclipse，把configuration目录下的东西全部删除，再重新打开eclipse，就有了。这是我的一点点小经验了。
