不知道国内有没有中文语音引擎这方面做得好的?

国内的有科大讯飞，国外的还有IBM ViaVoice（两个都是要钱的）
其实用微软的SAPI很容易就可以实现语音合成，也就是TTS（text to speech）。而且还不要钱:)
