都得有 usera 的帐号，
如果 A>>B 的scp;
需要在 B 的 /home/usera/.ssh/authorized_keys 中有
usera 在A中生成的公匙，
这样 B可以正确认证来自A的SSH2请求，
则，进行SCP 时就不用口令输入了；
反之同样

LZ的问题似乎是两个问题：需要password而且Permission denied
Permission是目录/文件的读权限问题
authorized_keys是解决ssh/scp的时候需不需要password的问题，
这是两个不一样的东东呢

就行了，注意最后有个冒号，代表这个用户在host上面的根目录，当然冒号后可以写完整的路径。
