我身边的情况刚好跟你了解的相反 ^_^

牛人都不去考证，水平一般的才去混个资本，但招聘的时候也没什么优势。

不过，我的眼光有点怪，就是看不起软考。觉得没多大意义，基本考不出什么出来，可能跟身边的环境有关。我们在校的时候就没几个人去考，倒是觉得非计算机专业的人去考得多。如果你真想有个什么证书的，ACM
是一个不错的选择。

对于那些号称很厉害的人，他们有多少水平，你只要跟他们多谈几句多半就能辩出真伪出来。剩下的你就要从各个方面综合考察了，这一点就算你的什么证书都一样。

证书对于刚开始入行的人有用（证明你了解这个行业的一些基本行规吧，不能作为经验值），对于已经从业的人则不在重要啦，更重要是项目经验；
但有一些情况是比较特别的，例如这个一些政府单位对外发包要求参与投标公司中的一些人员中要持有XX证，YY证才能有资质入围。
其实想清楚一点，政府发出来的证书都是要面对政府才有用。....
