Subject: [ANNOUNCE] Slony-I Releases - 2.0.2 and 1.2.16

Versions 2.0.2 and 1.2.16 of the Slony-I replication system have been
released.

- Version 1.2.16 is primarily important in rectifying some problems with
 FAILOVER.

- Version 2.0.2 has a quite a large number of fairly small changes
 cleaning up sundry relatively minor errors that have been reported.
