About the Role

This is a high impact, high leverage role that provides an opportunity to work with world-class engineers and build exciting, business-transforming products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø   Be a CEO of the Product, which means,

Ø   Interact with customers to understand their fundamental needs, including un-articulated needs and their requirements for solutions.

Ø   Analyze and synthesize needs of multiple customers, competitive trends, and opinions of analysts and articulate the product vision and the roadmap

Ø   Articulate specific requirements, write PRD and work with engineering and UI teams to design and build great solutions

Ø   Communicate and work with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure that the product gets traction and becomes successful in the market

Required Skills and Experience:

Ø   At least 5 years of Product Management experience

Ø   Self directed with a strong bias for action and innovation

Ø   A passion for solving complicated problems and becoming the product champion for several types of products

Ø   Ability to analyze competitive landscape and design short-term and long-term roadmaps that lead to develop sustainable product differentiation from competition.

Ø   Successful experience in Product Management in the consumer applications field is a distinct advantage

Ø   Driven, results oriented individual, focused on execution in a team oriented environment
Ability to capture and articulate customer problems and translate those into product requirements

Ø   Demonstrated ability to lead internal cross-functional teams to successful product delivery

Ø   Demonstrated success in managing relationships with sales teams, customers and engineers

Ø   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present highly effective presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences

Ø   Ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast growth environment and handle multiple projects and tasks daily

Ø   BS or BA degree required. MBA preferred.
