I am looking for a midlevel Field Network Engineer.   The position is Temp to Hire and will include travel reimbursement.  The geographic area will be NYC including Brooklyn and Queens.   Please let me know your rate range and if you would need benefits.     

Summary Description:
Provide on-site technical support for network and VoIP related systems and services

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot network & VoIP systems.  Provide assistance to network manager or other site management.
- Assemble and configure network components (e.g. routers, switches, servers, PBX, etc.)

Project Management, Problem Solving, LAN Knowledge, Proxy Servers, Networking Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Network Troubleshooting, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Performance Tuning

Bachelor's Degree  & CCNA required.  The following certifications a plus:  Cisco VoIP, CCNE, CCNP, CCVP

Position requires travel to our customer locations which are mainly in the 5 boroughs of NYC.   You must have access to public transportation or own a vehicle.  Ability to communicate with customers and staff and provide concise work performed reporting.
