The Red Hat Engineering Department is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Python/Django Web Developer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop customized web applications to improve work efficiency in Red Hat and open source them to help millions of people.

Responsibilities include:

* Understanding technical and functional design requirements.
* Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions.
* Conducting technical research and analysis to identify best solutions.
* Designing, coding, and testing technical solutions.
* Additional assignments as required.

Candidates must possess the following experience and skills:

* Bachelor's degree.
* 5+ years of development experience. 
* In-depth knowledge of Python programming.
* In-depth knowledge of Web technology.
* In-depth knowledge of Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* In-depth understanding of Linux platform software development.
* Ability to perform independent research.
* Strong problem solving skills.
