职位描述/要求：

Software configuration management is to establish and maintain the integrity of software products from development to release. We are looking for a software configuration management engineer to work with local SCM team to provide software configuration management services and development support in the complete life-cycle of software projects for tablet products department.

This position is in the tablet product development department, and he/she will be in charge to support SCM activities of internal development project teams according to needs, such as: planning SCM solution, creation and maintenance of development environment, development and optimization of SCM and build tools, and so on, making sure SCM requirements of projects can be met, and the SCM activities and development environment is working well.

Job description:

• Collaborate with local development project team on design of software configuration management strategy, creation and maintenance of development environment;
• Provide development and support on SCM tools(GIT, ClearCase and ClearQuest)usage and troubleshooting;
• Create, migrate or optimize software build and release environment on Linux/Unix platform for local development team according to best practice;
• Provide support on deployment of some engineering tools (continuous integration, software code checking) and troubleshooting;
• Provide training on the related tools and process to software engineers;
• Provide professional consultant about software configuration management for local development team;
• Communicate with engineers located oversea for harmonization activities

Required profile:

• Bachelor degree in IT, CS, or related technical discipline;
• At a minimum 3 years of experience in software configuration management field;
• Strong knowledge of best software configuration management practices, build and release management methodologies
• Proven experience developing software configuration management and build system;
• Expert with at least one source control system and change management system(ClearCase/ClearQuest and GIT);
• Experiences with perl and shell script language;
• Experiences with GNU make;
• Experiences with continuous integration systems (Curisecontrol or Hudson) and post build steps is a plus
• Experiences with administration of Linux/Unix is a plus;
• Customer focus;
• Good communication skills;
• Able to conduct meetings with English mother-tongue speakers.

所需知识和技能:

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或信息相关专业；
2. 至少3年软件配置管理领域从业经验；
3. 具备较深的软件配置管理最佳实践和软件构建及发布管理的专业背景知识；
4. 能够定制开发软件配置管理系统和软件构建工具；
5. 至少精通一种软件配置和变更管理工具:ClearCase/ClearQuest或GIT；
6. 具备丰富的perl/shell脚本开发经验；
7. 具备丰富的调试和编写GNU makfile经验；
8. 具有持续集成工具（例如：Curisecontrol或Hudson）的使用经验者优先考虑；
9. 具有Unix/Linux系统管理经验者优先考虑；
10. 以用户为中心的工作态度；
11. 良好的沟通能力；
12. 能够用英文进行顺畅的口头及书面交流。
