Retro Jordan, The 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend will take place in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Spectrum Center which is where Michael Jordan's Charlotte Hornets play. To celebrate Jordan Brand will release a patent leather Air Jordan 1 exclusively for women. Dressed in UNC-colors, this Air Jordan 1 features a combination of Obsidian, Blue Chill, and White throughout its patent leather build. Nike Air tongue tags atop a White midsole and Light Blue rubber outsole completes the design.
2019 is approaching and don't expect any shortages of the Air Jordan 1, as the Air Jordan 1 WMNS Retro High OG UNC Patent is a new iteration of the silhouette for next year. As you can see this pair comes in the UNC theme which is dressed in Obsidian, Blue Chill and White while patent leather runs throughout. In addition we have Nike Air branding on the tongues, White across the midsole and a lighter shade of Blue across the outsole which completes the look. followed by a white midsole and Carolina blue rubber outsole to complete the theme.
New Air Jordans 2019 will be release a set of new Air Jordan 5 "Laney" colorways as part of an upcoming Air Jordan 5 JSP "Laney" Pack. Much like the original "Laney" release that debuted in 2000 and retroed in 2013, both releases will be inspired by Michael Jordan's Emsley A. Laney High School. Both Air Jordan 5 colorways features Laney High colors, with one featuring a Varsity Royal upper with Maize accents and the other in Varsity Maize upper with Royal accents.
